Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on nat24. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and any associated balances being voided.

General Terms
These Terms apply to all registered players of the nat24 platform, to all visitors browsing the nat24 website without a registered account, and to all persons who interact with nat24 through any supported channel including email support. By accessing any part of the nat24 website, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

Language and Interpretation
These Terms are written in English. English is the authoritative language for interpretation of all clauses. Amendments to These Terms
nat24 may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. Continued use of the nat24 platform after any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms.
Age Restriction
By registering an account on nat24, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and that you will remain of legal gambling age throughout your use of the platform. nat24 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age of the account holder cannot be satisfactorily verified.
nat24 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process conducted before any withdrawal is approved. Acceptable forms of age verification documentation include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. All submitted documents must clearly show the player's full name, date of birth, and photograph.
Where nat24 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the platform will immediately suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and conduct a full review. If the player is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed, any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method where practicable, and any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in full.

Parental Controls and Filtering Software
If you share a device or internet connection with individuals under the age of 18, nat24 strongly recommends installing appropriate parental control or internet filtering software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. nat24 is not responsible for underage access that results from a failure to implement such controls on shared devices.
Account Registration
To participate in any gambling activity on the nat24 platform, you must first create a registered player account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you enter into a binding agreement with nat24 governed by these Terms.
Registration Requirements
At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number associated with your bKash or Nagad wallet where applicable. nat24 is entitled to verify this information at any time and to request supporting documentation as part of the KYC process.
You must not register using false, fictitious, or borrowed identity information. You must not register on behalf of another person. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
One Account Policy
Each player is strictly permitted to hold one registered account on nat24. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same email address, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is prohibited. nat24 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and any associated balances voided. Players who believe they have inadvertently created a duplicate account must contact [email protected] immediately to resolve the situation.
Account Security
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nat24 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. nat24 staff will never ask you for your password by email, chat, or telephone. Any losses or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials confidential are your sole responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify nat24 immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied without delay.
KYC Verification
nat24 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification requires the submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and in some cases proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until documentation is provided.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the nat24 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). nat24 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected to serve players across Bangladesh, including in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.
Accepted Payment Methods
nat24 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on the player's location and account status. nat24 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with or without prior notice.
Deposit Policy
The minimum deposit amount via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by nat24, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to the player's nat24 account in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes subject to payment provider processing times. nat24 does not charge any fee for processing deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in the player's own name. nat24 will not accept deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit received from a third-party account will be returned to the originating account and may trigger a compliance review of the player's nat24 account.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests are processed once KYC verification has been completed. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within approximately 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals via bank transfer may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
nat24 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or where the platform's fraud monitoring systems flag an account for review. Withdrawal requests submitted during a pending compliance review will be placed on hold until the review is concluded.
Currency and Conversion
nat24 player accounts are denominated exclusively in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees applied to deposits or withdrawals. The amount deposited in BDT is the amount credited to the player's account, and the amount requested for withdrawal is the amount paid out in BDT, subject to any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
Bonus Policy
nat24 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players in Bangladesh. All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out in this section and to any additional terms communicated at the time the specific promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms below and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Welcome Bonus
New players who register a nat24 account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's bonus wallet upon completion of the qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times on eligible games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to the welcome bonus will be stated on the promotions page at the time of the offer.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to players aged 18 years and above only.
- Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once using multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in account termination.
- Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
- nat24 reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any bonus at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, exploitation of the bonus system, or a breach of these Terms.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
- Reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion.
- nat24 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Bonus Abuse
nat24 actively monitors player activity for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors or pricing mistakes in bonus structures, and coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, and any winnings derived from abusive bonus activity will be confiscated. nat24 may permanently close such accounts without appeal.
User Obligations
As a registered player on nat24, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in strict accordance with these Terms. The following obligations apply to all nat24 players at all times.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not engage in any of the following activities while using the nat24 platform:
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any other point of interaction with nat24.
- Attempting to access the nat24 platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any technology designed to circumvent the platform's standard user interface.
- Exploiting any software error, pricing mistake, or system vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage over nat24 or other players.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
- Using the nat24 platform for any money laundering activity or for any purpose that violates applicable financial crime laws.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the nat24 software, game logic, or platform infrastructure.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing nat24 staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
Responsible Use
You agree to use the nat24 platform responsibly and within your personal financial means. nat24 provides a full suite of responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — accessible from your account settings. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that the personal and financial information associated with your nat24 account remains accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your residential address, email address, or linked mobile wallet number — you must update your account information or notify [email protected] promptly. nat24 accepts no liability for failed transactions, missed communications, or compliance issues arising from outdated account information.
Account Closure
Players may request voluntary closure of their nat24 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within one business day. Prior to closing an account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
Voluntary Self-Exclusion
If you wish to take a break from gambling, nat24 offers self-exclusion periods of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, and permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and locks the account for the full chosen period. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the end of the chosen period will not be honoured. Closure by nat24
nat24 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion for any of the following reasons, without limitation:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Provision of false, fraudulent, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
- Confirmed or suspected underage gambling.
- Fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse.
- Suspicious transaction patterns that trigger nat24's anti-money-laundering monitoring.
- A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
- Prolonged account inactivity in accordance with nat24's dormant account policy.
Where nat24 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in full. nat24 will communicate the reason for closure to the player by email where it is legally permissible to do so.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. nat24 will send a reminder email to the registered address before applying any dormant account fee. Dormant account fees, where applicable, will be applied at a rate published in the active promotions section of the platform and will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting [email protected].
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nat24 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the nat24 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
nat24's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Platform Availability
nat24 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While nat24 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, the platform may be subject to interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service failures, or events beyond nat24's control including power outages, internet infrastructure disruptions, and natural disasters. nat24 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, interrupted games, or failed transactions caused by factors outside its reasonable control.
Third-Party Game Providers
Games available on the nat24 platform are supplied by independent third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. While nat24 works exclusively with certified providers whose RNGs are independently audited, nat24 accepts no liability for errors, malfunctions, or data transmission failures originating within a third-party game provider's systems. In such cases, nat24 will liaise with the relevant provider to investigate and, where appropriate, void affected rounds and return stakes to players.
Gambling Losses
Gambling involves financial risk. Players acknowledge that they may lose some or all of the money they deposit and wager on nat24. nat24 accepts no liability for gambling losses sustained by players using the platform.
